Rescheduling and Cancellations:
Rescheduling: We offer free rescheduling for all appointments as long as your coordinator is contacted at least fourteen (14) days prior to your scheduled appointment. If you must reschedule within 14 days of your appointment, a Rescheduling Fee of $75 may apply.
Cancellation: If the Couple cancels their reservation within thirty (30) days of booking the ceremony, #MarriedInVegas Studios offers a refund of all payments, except for the minimum deposit required to secure the appointment. If the couple books within 30 days of the ceremony and the package is paid in full or a deposit is made, there will be no refund issued. If the couple would like to cancel within 30 days of booking the appointment, with thirty (30) days or more prior to the ceremony, the couple is entitled to a 90% refund of deposits made. If the Couple chooses to cancel after the 30 Day Refund Period, they are entitled to a 50% refund, as long as the appointment is cancelled thirty (30) days or more prior to the ceremony. If the couple chooses to reschedule the appointment to a later date, and then cancel, refunds will be calculated based on the original booking date of the package. If the Couple chooses to cancel thirty (30) days or less from the date of the ceremony, no refunds will be given. A Studio Credit can be issued for the cost of the package, and the appointment can be scheduled to a later time. Appointments are Transferable between guests.
Marriage License Information:
For all legal ceremonies, the couple must provide a Nevada State Marriage License. Your marriage license can be obtained at 201 E Clark Ave, just across the street from our studio! For all information regarding the marriage license, please visit MLIC.vegas.
#MarriedInVegas Studios is happy to offer our couples validated parking if they park in the City Center Parking Garage( One block from our location, located directly in front of the marriage license bureau), with entrances located on 3rd St and Clark St; and 4th St and Clark St. Validated parking is offered for the couple only.
For couples scheduled on Weekdays past 5:00pm, and on Saturdays and Sundays, please call upon arrival so one of our wedding coordinators can escort you into the Studio.
Our studio prides itself on being free of Minister/Officiant fees, but our team is always grateful for any gratuities that you would like to leave. The recommended tips are listed below.
Wedding coordinator: $20
Limo driver: $40
At this time, due to COVID-19 restrictions, all parties over the age of 2 years old that enter the studio must be wearing a mask that completely covers the face and nose. All surfaces are sanitized deeply between each party. For the safety of our staff, all guests will be subject to temperature checks upon entering the studio.
Outside Photography (Including cellphones) is not permitted. Couples are encouraged to purchase either an #InstaPass or #PaparazziPass, if one is not included in your package, in order to allow the use of personal cellphones and cameras.
For all floral orders, all payments must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time in order to guarantee the requested bouquet. If you would like to add a wedding bouquet to your package, please contact the Studio directly by phone or email! For packages that include wedding bouquet, or for those who have paid for an Add-On bouquet, a Wedding Coordinator will reach out to confirm your wedding bouquet.
All limo services must be paid for at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time in order to guarantee limo service. If you would like to add a limo service to your package, please contact the Studio directly! For packages that include limo service, or those who have purchased an Add-On limo service, a Wedding Coordinator will reach out to confirm your limo service.
